We Will Remember Them

Wear a poppy. Attend a ceremony. Thank a Veteran. In a fast changing world it seems more important than ever to take the time to understand that the freedom we enjoy today did not come easy for those who put their lives on the line to fight for it on our behalf. Think about it. They were fighting for those of use who had yet to be born. They were fighting for a better tomorrow, not just for themselves, but for the country they served, the families they loved and the future they looked forward to. There were no days off for these brave men and women. The call to battle came day after day and our veterans showed up, always. So it isn’t much to ask that we take time on November 11th to put our daily schedules on hold to attend a Remembrance Day ceremony to pay tribute. Even more on this day, it is important to say “thank you” one more time, and always.

November 11th is a time to remember those who died in military service, and to honour those who served in wartime, past and present. We Will Remember Them.
