There is an incredible silence that takes place the moment the sun cracks the horizon to start the new day. For a brief period, all is quiet as the world appears to stand still leaving a person alone with his or her thoughts. Even the birds take a timeout at first light. It truly is a beautiful time of day and here in Collingwood and all along the South Georgian Bay shoreline, we are treated to incredible works of art in the form of a sky show at sunrise thanks to the creativity and magic of Mother Nature.
